You could be denied boarding if your name on your cruise documents does not match your identification. I.CANDY ENTERPRISE is not responsible for denied boarding due to incorrect or misspelled names. Your cruise rate below includes: accommodations, meals, most beverages (alcohol and soda are NOT included), port charges, government taxes and entrance to all Groove Cruise events on and off the ship (additional fees may apply for events, including but not limited to meals, drinks, transportation, etc.). This service fee is non-refundable, regardless of the reason. Service fees are subject to change.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE & PAYMENT PLANS

I.CANDY ENTERPRISE OFFERS A 5 PAYMENT PLAN. PAYMENTS WILL BE TAKEN OUT AUTOMATICALLY FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE EVERY MONTH UNTIL IT IS PAID IN FULL. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING SURE YOUR CREDIT CARD IS UP TO DATE WHEN THE PAYMENTS ARE SHEDULED TO BE TAKEN OUT. CANCELATIONS WILL BE STRONGLY ENFORCED.  ANY BOOKINGS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE CRUISE WILL HAVE TO BE PAID IN FULL.

50% FEE UP TO DECEMBER 24TH, 2024

NAME & STATEROOM CHANGE FEES

The guest who places a reservation for a stateroom on board the Groove Cruise Miami will be considered that stateroom's "Lead Guest" and is the "owner" of the reservation. The Lead Guest is therefore solely responsible for initiating or authorizing changes to the reservation, and must agree in writing to any changes made to the reservation, by emailing INFO@ICANDYPARTIES.COM. NO ROOM CHANGES ALLOWED. YOU CANNOT CHANGE YOUR ROOM ONCE YOU HAVE BOOKED YOUR RESERVATION.

NAME CHANGES 

All guest NAME changes can be made up until 30 days prior to sailing (if allowed by the cruise line), and will be assessed the following administrative fees per name change: $50.00 per person, per change for name changes through final payment date of October 31, 2024. $100.00 per person, per change for name changes through 30 days before sailing: November 1 2024 - December 23, 2024. $200.00 per person, per change for name changes within 30 days of sailing (after December 24, 2024). The Lead Guest is not allowed to change their name within the reservation. At least one “original” and/or lead guest name must remain on the reservation. If all original guests cancel, this is considered a full cancellation without refund, and name changes will not be allowed. An original name is one that has been added to your reservation at the time of your initial deposit or payment. In all cases of name changes, the NEW guest must make full payment. Once that payment has been made, then the applicable amounts paid by the ORIGINAL guest will be refunded directly to the original guest, less the cost of the name change fee.
